Indoor Air Design works with general contractors, architects, property managers and tenants to provide a streamlined mechanical design and construction experience. Specializing in Light Commercial Tenant Improvement work, our projects range from modifying existing systems for a small tenant improvements, to Class 10 Clean Rooms. We produce our own Mechanical Drawings and Title 24 calculations in house.  We can generally provide plans to submit to the building department within 72 hours.
